This tractor is intended mainly for highway and paved-road transportation rather than heavy off-road work. The 6×4 drivetrain provides two driven rear axles, making it suitable for pulling semi-trailers under different cargo conditions.

The chassis uses a TGA-B frame, while the front suspension uses fewer-leaf springs and the rear axle is equipped with air suspension. This combination gives the vehicle a different setup from conventional leaf-spring heavy trucks and is particularly suitable for road freight applications.

Powertrain and Retarder

The vehicle uses a MAN engine matched with a Sinotruk manual transmission. A retarder is also included, providing additional speed control when the truck is travelling on long downhill sections.

For fleet operators running extended highway routes, having an auxiliary braking system can reduce the workload on the main braking system during repeated deceleration.

Road-Oriented Equipment

Several components are configured specifically for highway operation. The truck uses a road-version air intake system, standard exhaust system and a ZF 8098 steering system.

For braking and vehicle stability, the configuration includes ABS (4S/4M) together with ESC. The low-position non-metallic bumper and integrated mudguards give the front and rear areas a relatively clean road-going layout.

The front aluminum wheels and lightweight rear wheels also help create a weight-conscious configuration for freight transportation.

Trailer Connection and Daily Operation

A 90# fifth wheel is installed for semi-trailer connection. Together with the 6×4 chassis, the truck can be matched with different trailers according to the cargo and route.

The 12R22.5 tire size is commonly used on heavy commercial vehicles and provides a practical choice for highway freight operations.
