Four Axles Carry The Load
Two steering axles at the front and a tandem bogie at the rear take the payload between them, so no single axle is pushed past its rating once the body is heaped.
Weichai Engine, Manual Control
A Weichai diesel drives through a Fast Gear manual box. The driver chooses the ratio, which counts on a ramp or at a soft tip head where an automatic would hunt between gears.
Steel Plate Springs, Not Air
Leaf springs are fitted front and rear. They shrug off overburden, broken concrete and unmade haul roads, and they carry no air line to chafe or leak.
Standard Specification, Built To Order
This is a new unit to standard specification rather than a used one off the yard, so body length, tyre size and axle ratio can be settled with us before the chassis is built.

before loading starts
Pictures and promises are no substitute for a truck that actually works, so nothing is loaded until it has been through the same routine on our yard. The engine is run up to working temperature. The tip ram is raised and lowered twice with the body empty, then checked once more with weight in it. Slow returns, weeps and odd noises are all noted.
Documents come next. The build sheet is signed against the chassis number, so there is no argument later about what was ordered. Freight is quoted against the port you name rather than a default one. Invoice, packing list, bill of lading and any certificate you need are prepared together as a single set. The report we send is written as found, flattering or not.
